Business GOAL

Jaguar cars wanted to improve the existing customer experience of their email notification process after the purchase of a new car for both new and existing customers. A better notification experience could help drive customers back to the website even after a purchase to find out more about ways they could further customise their car.

DESIGN SOLUTION

A series of new order tracker emails was created to not only reflect a visual style more in line with the website redesign but also the content was restructured to offer a more personal experience to the customer. The progress order tabs were made more prominent and each email would inform customers how their car was being built and further accessories they could equip their specific model of car with.
